Once a week, we will take our shoes off and relax through conscious breathing and movement. Each class will start with simple yoga exercises that will lead us to exploration of classical ballet movements. Our meetings will finish with relaxing yoga practice.
We will:
- learn how to deepen our breath
- bring awareness to our bodies through simple body movements
- learn basic yoga postures and classical ballet movements
- enjoy moments of togetherness, share and relax
Addressed to women of all ages and shapes. The classes will be held in English/Italian and the maximum number of participants is 10.
