Once a week, we will take our shoes off and relax through conscious breathing and movement. Each class will start with simple yoga exercises that will lead us to exploration of classical ballet movements. Our meetings will finish with relaxing yoga practice.

We will:

  • learn how to deepen our breath
  • bring awareness to our bodies through simple body movements
  • learn basic yoga postures and classical ballet movements
  • enjoy moments of togetherness, share and relax

Addressed to women of all ages and shapes. The classes will be held in English/Italian and the maximum number of participants is 10.

Sicily faces a water crisis that threatens agriculture. EVECSA is responding with six Centers of Professional Excellence (CoVEs) in various countries, promoting sustainable agricultural practices. The Sicilian CoVE, presented May 9 at the University of Palermo, emphasizes the need for collaboration and professional training to improve regional resilience and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
