A compilation of methods to learn ICT and English at 50+!In the two years of EUROPE 50+ Project, the 4 partner organisations Wisamar (Germany), ZDZ Katowice (Poland), Alvit (Czech Republic) and CESIE (Italy), have been working together for the development of innovative and pedagogical teaching methods aiming at fostering learning opportunities in the fields of ICT and foreign languages for adults over 50, in order to improve their employability skills.

Throughout the duration of the project, the 16 experts (experts in ICT, foreign language, coach/tutoring and project management) shared innovative methodologies and experiences in teaching ICT and foreign languages. Then experts had the opportunity to test those methodologies in each partner country, which results are useful for the finalisation of the methods and the overall guide.

On the 23rd and 24th of May 2016, the partners met in Leipzig, hosted by Wisamar, to finalise the structure of the future guide which will compile all the teaching methods they implemented, based on the experiences from these courses and the participants’ feedbacks. The guide will be available online to provide to the public a relevant tool for whom is looking for teaching and learning methods for languages and ICT keys for the adults 50+.

Next month the 13th and 14th of July 2016the final meeting and conference will take place in Katowice (Poland).

Europe 50+ project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme – KA2 Strategic partnership for adult education. For more information about the project and best practices experiences, please contact Stefania  Giambelluca  stefania.giambelluca@cesie.org.
