During last years, European Commission has promoted a new way of learning for EU and no-EU citizens: mobility. From 2007 to 2013, more than 2 million people have experienced different contexts and cultures, empowering themselves and becoming a part of the big picture of the European citizenship. In a difficult period, especially for youth, a mobility experience is the best way to grow personally and professionally.
Mobility, competences and opportunities for youngsters; these are the key-words of the PC IMPRESS final event, taking place at PYC in Palermo, 8th June.
During the event, CESIE, we will present some types of mobility projects and tools useful for both participants and youth workers managing such projects in order to better evaluate and capitalize such mobility experiences. During the event, two guys (from Kenya and Vietnam) will share their on-going volunteering experience in Palermo within the mobility project “Moving People in Volunteering”.
PC IMPRESS want to improve the quality of the mobility projects, not only in the implementation but especially in the post mobility phase, where the participant need to put in practice what learnt.
If you are a person eager to go abroad or a project manager dealing with mobility projects, join the event: 8th of June, h17, at PYC (via Giuseppe De Spuches 20, 90141 – Palermo). At the end of the event, an aperitif will be offered.
