The week of Palermo Pride 2011 celebrates the international day against homophobia with a well structured path on lesbian subjectivity and on queer experience.
CESIE – Centro Studi ed Iniziative Europeo supports and takes part to the initiatives of the second Palermo Pride based on a path of reflection and commun politicy study, on the topics related to new families, lesbian motherhood, the relationship between sexualities/ bodies/ and social represantation of genders and of sexual tendency, the relation between lesbians and feminism through Queer experience.
Palermo Pride represents an important meeting to promote human rights, and for the promotion and production of cultural activities. An event to say NO to homophobia. An event for all society, to become aware and to make citizenship aware of the rights claimed by LGBT comunity.
All together, in a joyous parade, for a huge event that links social and political claims to social, cultural, artistic and ricreational initiatives.
