Do you work with people in conflict with the law and/or in residential communities? The Road To Freedom project, through the FROG methodology, aims to foster the autonomy and rehabilitation of people close to release from residential facilities.
It is not always easy to get express our identity and to be able to understand what we want, what is our goal. Therefore, in the Road To Freedom project, we use the FROG methodology for leadership and life mastery, focusing on identity, values and communication.
The use of this methodology will enable people in conflict with the law to reintegrate into the community after release through a new vision of themselves. This will be possible thanks to a more integrated and multidisciplinary approach, that will allow them to re-gain the strength and awareness of what is truly important to realize: their true identity in everyday life.
This path will enable people in conflict with the law to improve their perspective on life through the enhancement of personal, social and relational skills, effectively breaking the vicious circle of crime and the risk of reoffending.
From 4 to 15 September, a CESIE delegation in Iceland, in Reykjavik, attended a training on the FROG methodology, which will now be implemented in residential communities and penal institutions in our local area with the support of a digital platform. The implementation of the methodology and its impact will be documented in a research report and a video-documentary.
