We invite you to join the 21st Century European Teacher MOOC, a set of free online courses where you will discover innovative teaching approaches and learn how to apply them in your practice. The courses are designed to offer fresh perspectives, practical tools, and real classroom inspiration. Each module provides a flexible and hands-on learning experience that can be adapted to the busy schedule of both future and practising teachers.
Each module corresponds to an estimated workload of 28 hours (1 ECTS).

- Sustainability in Education
This course will help you integrate sustainability into your teaching and develop lesson plans aligned with the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). - Technological Empowerment in Education
This course provides a comprehensive understanding of how technology can enhance teaching and learning and how to integrate digital tools and innovative practices in a purposeful and pedagogically sound way. - Playful Learning in Education
This course is designed to support you in bringing creativity and play into your teaching. You will discover how to foster an engaging learning environment that motivates students to explore, create, and learn in innovative ways.
By taking part, you will become part of a growing community of educators committed to rethinking the role of teaching in the 21st century and to transforming classrooms with confidence and creativity.
The 21st Century European Teacher project (XXI-TEACH-EU), funded by Erasmus+, makes these courses possible. This international initiative brings together experts from Denmark, Finland, Italy, Romania, and Spain to co-create a dynamic programme of MOOCs, designed especially for primary and secondary school teachers as well as future educators.

About the project
XXI-EU-TEACH – 21st Century European Teachers is a three-year-long project financed by EACEA under Erasmus+ Teacher Academies Partnership for Excellence. It promotes cross-campus collaboration to gain insight into how European teachers can approach and develop teaching in emerging 4 subject areas: Technological empowerment, Sustainable learning, Entrepreneurship, and Playful learning.
