The main aim of this need analysis report is to describe the current situation of migrants in different countries (Italy, Ireland, Austria, Germany, Turkey, Spain) in order to identify the target group (mentors and mentees) of TANDEM NOW project and their specific situation.
This need analysis outlines the different cultural norms and values in each ethnic group providing a framework of what is happening in these specific communities, highlighting the challenges and problems of migrants and ethnic minorities.
