TANDEM NOW – Curriculum for Mentors’ training
The Curriculum for TANDEM NOW training of Mentors consists of;
- Concept and structure of the training course
- Required materials and recommended online tools tested within the “Blended-Mentoring-Package”
3 course sessions – lasting in total between 8-16 hours and covering the following main topics;
- TANDEM NOW Mentoring Concept
- Social Media communication and blended mentoring
- Intercultural Sensitivity within TANDEM NOW mentoring
Target Groups:
- Mentors – adult people with migrant backgrounds
- Mentees – youngsters with migrant background/from ethnic minorities
