Are you active in the field of education, or do you wish to learn and enhance your skills as a trainer for young people in NEET situations (Not engaged in Education, Employment, or Training)?
Join our series of five training sessions, part of the PROCEED project, designed to provide you with practical tools and effective techniques from non-formal education to facilitate the employment of young people facing vulnerabilities, difficulties accessing the job market, or at risk of dropping out of school.
Delve into innovative methods and targeted strategies to better support young people on their personal and professional development journeys.
What we offer
During the sessions, each lasting approximately three hours, we will explore:
- CV Writing: How to effectively highlight previous experiences and skills, or how to structure a CV in their absence. Step-by-step guidance on completing pre-designed CV templates using Canva and the Europass model.
- Motivational Letter: The structure and components of this crucial document, along with tips for writing letters that capture the attention of recruiters.
- Interview Simulations: Dynamic group role-plays, switching roles between interviewer and candidate, focusing on common and challenging questions in interviews.
- Online Job Portals: A mapping of the most commonly used platforms by employers.
- Leadership Skills Analysis: Investigating, through concrete examples and role-plays, the importance of teamwork, effective communication, and adaptability in professional and non-professional contexts.
- Valuing Volunteer Activities: Leveraging civic engagement as an opportunity for career orientation.
