over 50 internetSince June 15, 14 SME employees over 50 years old and 5 representatives of the training field have become involved in this enriching formative journey. The VOIP e-course has been developed in the framework of the LLP Programme (Lifelong Learning Programme) supported by the European Community. Within the platform there are courses about ICT, Teleworking and English Language.

The VOIP pilot course participants will be able to improve their computer skills and English knowledge and they will learn about regulations and advantages related to Teleworking as well, by using an online multi-feature platform.

The VOIP project gives employees over 50 the opportunity to be more competitive on the labour market and allows the representatives of the training sector to experience an important and innovative didactical tool. The collaborative learning tool used by VOIP, allows participants to actively interact within the platform, contributing to create a process of reciprocal exchange of knowledge, experiences and ideas between employees and the management division of SMEs.

During the kick-off meeting, the VOIP group immediately started to work, showing so much enthusiasm and the will to collaborate and to share together this enriching path as well.
