How to transform the tourism sector and guide it toward a more sustainable future?
HyPro4ST is opening new perspectives for educators and tourism professionals in Sicily, aiming at an ambitious goal: to create a new professional figure, the sustainable and hybrid project manager. This is an innovative role that combines project management skills with a sustainability and resilience-oriented approach, which is essential to meet the challenges of the sector.
Thanks to the success of the Training of Trainers, project managers and tourism practitioners were able to delve into a unique methodology that integrates theory, field experience and soft skills for the future of tourism. Participants in this training, now benchmarks, will be able to pass this knowledge on to their teams and the professional community, ahead of the large-scale launch of the free online course scheduled for December 2024.
This virtual masterclass based on the principles of self-study will give all interested people unique and innovative tools to increase their skills in the field, while also providing self-assessment steps, tests and examples to enrich their cultural background.
If you too would like to help redefine tourism standards, follow the next steps of HyPro4ST and get ready to discover how a hybrid and sustainable approach can make a difference: visit https://hypro4st-project.eu/ and follow us on Facebook and LinkedIn.
