The second meeting between the partners of the two-year project Supporting Vocational Teachers And Trainers In E-Learning, in the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme, Action Leonardo Da Vinci – Transfer of Innovation, was held in the beautiful city of Murcia, Spain, on March 7th and 8th.
The aim of the project is to adapt an online learning course for educators to professional schools’ teachers and trainers, considering the needs and requests in the partner countries, as well as to support trainers and teachers who work in the field of Education and Vocational Training in implementing dynamic, open and innovative methods. The project envisages the transfer of the course from Poland, country project leader, to the seven partner countries involved, such as: Croatia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Slovenia, Spain, Italy and Norway.
The meeting closed down the first round of the project consisting in the research and analysis, during which all the partners were involved in the administration of interviews to teachers and trainers with competences in the field of online learning, in the research and sharing of good practices useful for the future of the project, and in the identification of the Institutions committed in this field.
This round will be followed by the adaptation of the course in the different countries involved, where its effectiveness will be assessed and the attention will be focused on the actual contribution (e)VET2EDU intends to give.
