CESIE is involved in the implementation of the project entitled: CreMoLe – Create – Motivated – Learn, a project funded under the Grundtvig programme.
The project is developed in partnership with organizations from Romania, Spain, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Austria and Slovakia.
The project aims to identify factors related to motivating adults’ participation and persistence in LLL processes. Also, the project plans to compile a set of creative and critical thinking strategies to be used by adult educators to more successfully motivate adults to participate in LLL processes.
Under this project, CESIE is organizing a workshop that will be held in Palermo, from 5th to 8th September. This workshop aims to demonstrate, evaluate and share good practices on the adult education identified in 8 different European countries. Workshop’s participants are educators working in the field of adult education, from Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Slovakia.
In this framework, CESIE is looking for trainers working in the field of adults education, interested in participating in the activities of the workshop, giving them the opportunity to get in touch with the realities of training in different European countries involved. This different point of view will be useful in order to share among the workshop’s participants different working methods, issues related to this and the various approaches to these issues.
