In the morning of the 6th of April at the office of Consorzio Arca, CESIE held an Info-day event bringing into focus Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme and opportunities offered by the programme.
CESIE is involved in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme for the 3rd time through the project StartUp – Start run and grow your business, as “Local Contact Point” supporting new and experienced entrepreneurs in their entrepreneurial journey.
The info-day was opened by Stefania Zanna from Consorzio Arca, that has hosted the event. She has introduced Consorzio Arca, its entrepreneurial activities and implemented projects. Following that representatives from CESIE presented Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme and kindly answered to all questions brought by the participants encouraging them to take this opportunity and participate in the programme.
In brief, Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a cross-border exchange programme which gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in other Participating Countries.
The exchange of experience takes place during a stay with the experienced entrepreneur, which helps the new entrepreneur acquire the skills needed to run a small firm.
The host benefits from fresh perspectives on his/her business and gets the opportunities to cooperate with foreign partners or learn about new markets.
The stay is partially funded by the European Union.
Whether you are a new or highly experienced entrepreneur, the programme can offer strong added value to your business: possible benefits include exchange of knowledge and experience, networking opportunities across Europe, new commercial relations or markets abroad.
Acting as a “Local Contact Point”, CESIE is ready to support new entrepreneurs (NEs) and host entrepreneurs (HEs) in finding their match and in carrying out their business exchange. CESIE will also facilitate the NEs in preparing them for the business exchange to ensure they will benefit from their experience as well as will effectively respond to any doubts and questions.
