From the 14th to the 16th October 2015 CESIE took part in the third meeting of Manucultura project, which was held in Bickenbach, Germany.
Manucultura is a project funded by the Erasmus+ – Key Action 2 Strategic Partnership in the field of VET.
The main aim of the project is to provide the exchange of best practices in order to promote the young apprentices approach to “Art”, as this target group does not have the possibility, the tools or the interest to know and experience this vehicle of cultural expression and communication.
This partner meeting was held by “Alnatura”, a German company of organic products, which showed to partners the good practices developed for apprentices/potential future employees. Specifically, CESIE and the other partner organizations had the chance to know the following practices based on no formal artistic methodologies, especially related to theatre and handcraft art:
- Abenteur Kultur, a theatre workshop for apprentices;
- FilialART, an art workshop for apprentices.
In an atmosphere of mutual sharing and curiosity, all participants had the opportunity to experience and discuss the proposed methodologies and analyse them so far, taking into account the possibility to re-scale them locally.
So, Manucultura leitmotif is summarized in the willingness to exchange good practices and develop recommendations that can be a springboard, at local level, for the promotion of a more active and accessible cultural dimension, and affordable for everyone.
