Are you dealing with mobility projects? Are you mentoring a trainee or a volunteer? Are you a project manager, selecting, sending an/or hosting people in Europe within educational and training programmes?
So, the PC IMPRESS Skills Portfolio is for you!
What is it?
Skills Portfolio is a collection of tools for evaluating and monitoring the participant’s learning path during a mobility project (e.g. European Voluntary Service, internship, etc.). The Portfolio contains:
- 3 questionnaires for evaluation of the key-competences to be filled out before, during and after the mobility experience
- Monthly diary to be used during the mobility
- Key-words useful for the compilation of the questionnaires and the monthly diary
- Linguistic test in English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Polish
- Definition and description of the 8 key-competences
- Skills glossary to valorise the competencies
Why?
A lot of youngsters never categorize and capitalize what they know in terms of knowledge and skills; when you are in a job interview you need to know how to present yourself and the competences gained.
The Skill Portfolio want to give new and adequate tools for who willing to carry on a mobility project abroad and who working in this field, in order to decrease the gap between the educational and work field, one of the main goal of the Erasmus+ Programme.
Where?
Here you can download the Skill Portfolio in 6 several languages (Italian, English, French, Spanish, Polish, Dutch) and in the CESIE digital library. Soon, you will find it in the PC IMPRESS website as well.
PC IMPRESS doesn’t finish here
Within PC IMPRESS, a project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme (Key Action 2 – Strategic Partnerships in the field of Education, Training and Youth), the partnership is finalizing other useful tools for a better evaluation and capitalization of the competences gained through mobility projects; shortly they will be available online as well!
