CESIE ETS is a European center for studies and initiatives based in Palermo, Sicily.
Measuring social impact can be a powerful stimulus to the effectiveness, transparency and governance of civil society organisations, as it may help them analyse the appropriateness of the resources used and how to eventually intervene to improve the quality of the services/products.
The SIM4CSOs platform provides an online educational environment where civil society organisations can learn new methodologies, self-assess their approach and exchange information and experiences.

On 22nd July 2022, CESIE organised an informative event to promote the resources developed within the Erasmus+ project SIM4CSOs.
Based on the research findings, the partnership produced a methodological manual for measuring social impact, which was presented by CESIE at the information event held on Friday, May 27 at Moltivolti (Palermo).

Considering the centrality of social impact measurement and willing to contribute to the promotion of a common framework of knowledge and competences, SIM4CSOs partners conducted an analysis to learn more about social impact measurement and good practices existing in their countries.
SIM4CSOs project aims to design a common methodology for social impact measurement of CSOs’ activities, fostering the creation of synergies and greater cooperation among key stakeholders.
