Are you a third-sector organisation interested in hosting university students for a curricular traineeship? MILEAGE offers an interesting cooperation opportunity.

Guidance and support during internships play a key role in students’ professional development, helping them to develop skills, explore the world of work and make informed choices for their future. A structured career counselling experience enables them to face the transition from university to the professional world with greater confidence, enhancing the contribution of host organisations in the training process.

The project aims to improve the quality of higher education students internships within third-sector organisations (NGOs, CSO, associations, etc.) through an innovative monitoring and mentoring system shared between universities and host organisations.

What makes this experience unique is not only the activities carried out by students but also the structured support and guidance they receive throughout the entire internship.
