The final meeting of the project TAPT – Transfer of Administrative and Pedagogical Tools useful to manage mobility projects – (Lifelong Learning Programme – Leonardo da Vinci: Transfer of Innovation) took place on 26th and 27th of May 2014, where professionals and colleagues from all four partners were present. After 1 and half year of tough work they have come together to discuss among themselves but also to present the final products of their work to a wider audience.
CESIE participated actively in the modification and improvement of the “Mobility Learning path” that evolved from a 10-steps instrument into one with only five after the enriching input of the partners. Among the central difficulties shared was the challenge to put in words practical issues from the mobility experience of not only participants, but sending and hosting organizations too, and this was one of the objectives of the project depicted in the final brochure – to bridge the mobility departments and to provide them with a universal pedagogical tool.
This product was presented in a public final event of the project that took place the 27th of May 2014 in Palermo.
For this project’s final event CESIE invited representatives from other local and international organizations working with mobility projects too, where all deliverables of the project were presented in a playful and interactive way, thus providing a real “appetizer” to the participants for the real outcome of the TAPT project.
The event was a good chance for sharing ideas and experience about mobility. For example about its lever to employability, due to the common recognition that mobility puts professional targets too. Another objective was to use mobility not only for personal but for the professional development of the individuals too, moreover in the case of people with fewer opportunities.
