Developing competence profiles of specialists in regional sustainable development (RSD)The SEHSI project (Regional Sustainable Development on the Basis of Eco-Human Synergetic Interaction) continues its activities with a coordination meeting hold at the Technical University of Vienna on 2nd to 4th of February, 2015.

The program included the monitoring of the development the of RSD e-platform and e-training materials, updates of the content of the study modules, learning and teaching methodology.

Dr. sc. Ana Grgić, University of Split (Croatia), presented a preliminary programme of summer workshop for students in Split (July 2015). The programme will be presented by active learning environment based on multidisciplinary and multicultural principals for European and Ukrainian students, supervised by EU experts.

Having great experience in working with different European programmes linked with education and training, mobility programmes for youth, adults and entrepreneurs, and vocational training for diverse business sectors as well as possessing deep knowledge of current policies in education, CESIE will contribute with a training for the development of RSD curriculum and training packages in April 2016 (Palermo). Training will be based on competence profiles. Competences and skills are planned to be developed within training of the trainers activity and project development process:

  • Multidisciplinary – multinational project management for coordinators;
  • Innovative education technologies (metacognitive, multidisciplinary competence approach & e-learning) for methodologists;
  • Modern approaches & technologies in RSD for authors of training courses;
  • Advanced education technologies for trainers;
  • Evaluation technologies for evaluators;
  • IT technologies in e-learning, e-teamwork & RSD for IT experts.
