From the 6th – 7th and 8th September the 2°international Meeting of Creative Motivate Learn project will take place in Palermo.
In this meeting the coordinators and the partner organizations will participate, enriching it thanks to their experiences and researches results in the field of Adult Education.
In order to facilitate and ensure this sharing of experiences and best practices the partner organizations planned Training Sessions, which will be also attend by the educators and teachers coming from the partner countries.
The project aims to identify factors that motivate adults’ participation and persistence in LLL processes. Further, the project plans to compile a set of creative and critical thinking strategies to be used by adult educators in order to increase successfully motivate adults to participate in LLL processes.
The partners organizations have done studies among adult education institutions to review how adults learn in the participating countries, and how adults would like to learn.
One of the objective is to develop and pilot/test innovative strategies for adult learners in order to stimulate demand for learning among adults reluctant to engage in lifelong learning – action research, workshops for adult learners/ trainers.
The partner organisations of CreMoLe project comes from the following countries: Romania, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Spain, Lithuania, Latvia, Italy and Switzerland.
