The partners of COPE’s project have presented and discussed the results of the first intellectual output of the project: the COPE Training kit.
The main objectives of COPE Training Kit are to increase basic soft skills and employability skills, transferable in any work place.
During the meeting hold in Palermo at CESIE on 21st and 22nd November 2016, youth workers from local organisations and volunteer were invited to participate at the presentation of each modules of the Training Kit. They had the opportunity to share with the partners of the project their feedbacks regarding the first draft and proposed some suggestions according to their potential needs.
The Training Kit is designed and organised in such a way that allows learners to progress step by step methodically according to a pedagogical plan.
The modules presented were the following: voluntary work and active participation in the community; understanding diversity and equality; understanding discrimination; CV and cover letter; understanding budget management; understanding time management; understanding how to work in a team; how to communicate in a team; how to present yourself; and finally, understanding problem solving.
The partners will finalize the Training Kit taking into account comments raised up during the meeting, and will start to work on the second output “Promoting EU and European and international mobility grants”. The second output will be presented during the next partner meeting in March 2017 hosted by EFM (Poland).
The project lasts 2 years, is coordinated by Consultancy Careers Workplace (Wales) and co-funded by Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership in the field of youth.
