As part of the project activities, CESIE has published a Case Studies Report with 18 interviews with female professionals – inspiring models for young women working in Aeronautic Industry and willing to share their experiences and to motivate young girls to pursue a scientific carrier. The report tells inspirational stories on being a woman in a “male” type industry – the difficulties and advantages they have met along the way, and how important it is to follow your dream. The document will be available in all partner languages (English, Italian, German, Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese) and can be downloaded and viewed from here.

IN2SAI is an Erasmus multilateral project (Lifelong Learning Programme) with duration of 24 months – from October 2013 to September 2015. The project involves 4 Universities from Spain, Italy, Netherlands and Germany and 3 NGOs from Italy, Portugal and Austria who will work alongside on the increase of participation and interest of female students into the Aeronautic Industry (AI), covering different areas of intervention, starting from general community, educational system to labour market and the companies working in aeronautic sphere.
