FIERE project: boosting entrepreneurship skills

Within the LLP-funded project “FIERE”, partners met in Sofia (Bulgaria) on 12^th and 13^th of February 2015 to discuss project development.

Specifically, attention was paid to the development of the entrepreneurship skills training programme, which will take place starting in May in all six partner regions and will be dedicated to regional organisations (both public and voluntary ones).

Thanks to the results of the needs analysis survey (which will soon be published on the project’s website), partners decided to focus the training programme on the following skills:

• Creative and innovative approaches to enhance and develop services;
• Analytical thinking and resourcefulness as ways to identify and satisfy customer/citizens‘ needs;
• Leadership and resilience in order to enhance innovation and more responsive service in public and voluntary sector.

FIERE will boost entrepreneurship skills within each participating EU region, starting from circa 50 staff members of regional organisations in each partner country.
