CESIE is looking for a French volunteer interested in taking an EVS opportunity in Palermo.
The service period is 03/01/2017 – 02/10/2017 (9 months).
Able like you III is a EVS project hosting 6 volunteers from 5 European Countries: Sweden, Spain, Germany, Hungary and France.
The French volunteer will be working in a center with adults with physical and mental disabilities. The tasks will be related to support the staff in the implementation of educative and entertainment activities, to create and plan workshops addressed to the target group and contribute to sensitize the local community by organizing awareness campaigns.
The profile of the French candidates is:
- Age: 18-30 years old
- Previous volunteering or work experience with disabled people
- Interests in disability and social inclusion topics
- Willing to live abroad for 9 months
- Basic level of English
