Evaluation and capitalization of the competences has have been the words mostly discussed during the 4th meeting of the project PC IMPRESS, held in Seville (Spain) on the 23rd and 24th of November 2015.
In the 2-day meeting the coordinators of the 5 partner countries (France, Italy, Holland, Poland, Spain) analysed the work done up to now, sharing opinion and giving inputs for the development and finalization of the 6 outputs that partnership has been developing in the first phase of the project; later they will be tested at local level.
Particularly, CESIE is leading the work on the creation of guideline for project manager dealing with mobility projects. In the past months, several tools already existing have been collected; during the meeting in Spain, the coordinators analysed and categorized such tools according to their goals: evaluation and/or capitalization of the transversal skills acquired abroad through a mobility programme. The guidelines will collect not only such tools (old and new ones) but also tips, advises and useful information on how to better valorise the experience lived, once the mobility is over. Indeed the final aim of the project is to provide useful outputs for filling the gap between the mobility and work field.
