The event is dedicated to social and occupational dimension of refugees’ and migrants’ integration dealt broad and thorough by the project REST – Refugee Employment Support and Training.
The main objective of the project is to support the efficient integration of refugees and migrants in the European labour market and enhance employers’ competences and willingness to hire and integrate refugees. With this intention, REST offers a comprehensive training programme covering legal and administrative aspects of refugees’ and migrants’ employment, innovative strategies to support their integration at the workplace and methods enhancing HR management and supporting positive dynamics within international work teams.
On the 23rd October, we will present some real-life success stories of refugees’ and migrants’ integration followed by round table discussion of good practices in workplace integration and informal networking reception attended by participants from different European countries.
