ID-Pro Protocols for Inclusion and Diversity wants to establish clear protocols and exchange of good practices in the fight against bullying, discrimination, and all forms of violence in the context of young people and youth mobility. The aim of the project is to establish standard prevention measures between the actors involved in mobility projects and in the context of Erasmus+.

The lack of standard and codified measures makes difficult for workers and educational staff involved in mobility projects to work against possible cases of gender or racial discrimination, sexism, physical and psychological violence, which it could also produce serious cases of social exclusion. ID-Pro, through the establishment of specific prevention actions, mediation and / or conciliation protocols, wants to provide useful tools to all subjects, institutional and non-institutional, involved in youth mobility. These tools will converge within a handbook, which will be developed and published by the project partners after a process of exchange and comparison, which will also involve some of the final beneficiaries in its drafting phase.

The final publication will not be addressed exclusively to organizations and workers involved in international mobility projects, but also to European institutions. At the same time, the project aims to increase the possibility of participation of those social groups that normally have access difficulties or are excluded from applications for international mobility projects.
