On Friday, 18 January 2019, we are pleased to invite you for a REST unique learning event dedicated to refugees’ and migrants’ employment and labour integration – at Moltivolti.
In one afternoon, we will guide you through the whole process of refugees’ and migrants’ employment. Firstly, we’ll discuss legal and administrative aspects including work permissions, contracts and dedicated internship programmes. Then we’ll talk about the following steps such as recruitment and selection including the specifics of refugees’ screening and interviewing. We’ll also deal with on-boarding and refugees’ integration in the company culture. You will learn about managing and motivating employees with different cultural background and how to apply mentoring approach and intercultural communication.

Certification
Thanks to the REST training, you will gain a comprehensive overview of refugees’ and migrants’ employment and acquire the fundamental competences on integration.
Participants in the REST training will have the chance to validate their competence development with the innovative LEVEL5 methodology and to receive a European certificate for themselves and their organisation.
