The ECOPRISE – Future-oriented social entrepreneurship through Ecovillage Design promotes a new model of sustainable social entrepreneurship and skills for the professional figure of Ecoprise Designer, which will contribute to local regenerative development and harmonious coexistence between human life and nature. It aims to stimulate entrepreneurial attitudes and improve the relevance and quality of skills and techniques of successful entrepreneurs and aspirants in the fields of rural, social and cultural entrepreneurship and facilitate the flow and co-creation of knowledge between education and vocational training actors, research institutions, civil society organisations, public authorities, economic operators and professionals in the ecovillage design disciplines, as ecological, designer and artist, interested in supporting future-oriented entrepreneurs. It also supports effective and efficient vocational education and training systems, strengthening their capacity to keep up with the digital and green transition, promoting a set of innovative skills to assist the creation of new sustainable and multifunctional social enterprises.
