How can employers contribute to refugees’ integration to our society? What are the benefits of employing refugees and asylum seekers? Where and how can employers recruit international talents? And how to effectively manage their work integration?

REST project offers responses in a comprehensive training programme dedicated to employers who wish to enhance their competencies in employing refugees and people from different cultural background.

The first training courses took place at CESIE, Palermo, in May and June 2018. The participants were introduced to the Legal and administrative aspects of refugees’ and migrants’ employment, learnt about the incentives and types of contracts applicable and discussed their questions with an expert on refugees’ integration.

The second and third meetings were dedicated to Recruitment and Selection of international talents and strategies of On-boarding and Management of international teams.

After the summer break, REST training will continue with the topics of MentoringIntercultural aspects of workplace integration and Communication at workplace.
