ROOT – Employability training for women

With the ISEC-funded ROOT project, CISS and CESIE have started their employability training course, mainly addressed at Nigerian women belonging to the partner organization “Il Pellegrino della Terra”. The course is aimed at providing a basic skills training to women that are job seekers or that need to be empowered and expand their competences, such as computer skills, how to write a CV, soft skills, etc.

Pellegrino della Terra has been cooperating with CISS and CESIE within the ROOT project, as well as in other occasions, in the fight against trafficking in human beings, by finding alternatives to women that were being exploited in the streets.

With this training, we hope to give more tools to participants for their future endeavours in the job market.
