Would you like to spend your summer holidays, together with other young people from all over Europe while learning about environmental protection and sustainable development? 36 young people from Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Malta, Italy and France will be involved in a youth exchange in Ternopil, a city in western Ukraine, located on the banks of the Seret River. We would like to inform participants that Ternopil is very safe and peaceful place that is situated more than 1100 kilometers far away from of the spot events and it is very close to Poland – around 250 kilometers. There the situation is totally calm, and everything is well organized by our partner organization in Ukraine.
The main aim of the exchange is popularization of the idea of environmental protection through a careful and sustainable use of non-renewable natural resources among the youth of European Union and Caucasus, as a new ecological lifestyle. Project will help participants to gain new knowledge and tools in the field of ecology, environmental protection and rational use of natural resources. At the same time you will develop new interpersonal skills and competences, while meeting young people from other countries, broadening your knowledge and awareness about other cultures.
CESIE is looking for 5 italian young people (mainly aged between 18-25 years old, but could be a bit older) and 1 youth leader to participate in this interesting youth exchange.
The youth leader must be available to travel also between 27th– 29th June to Ternopil (100% travel reimbursement costs) in order to cooperate with partners to organize together the youth exchange.
Fees:
- 60 € participation fee
- Travel costs are covered 70%
- Food and accommodation are covered 100%
