Are you fascinated by the circus? You’ve always been attracted by clowns, jugglers and acrobats?
CESIE offers you the opportunity to meet this wonderful world! We are looking for an italian volunteer to take part in a European Voluntary Service project in a circus school in France, in Sollies-Pont, a small town about 16 km away from Toulon, in the department of Var.
The school “Pitreries” was founded in 1997 and has about 400 students aged 3 to 45 years attending classes in several circus disciplines during the school year and participating in internships to discover and improve the arts of circus.
The project begins in January 2015 and will last seven months. Volunteer’s tasks include:
- Take part in educational and artistic projects
- Support staff in the implementation of social and intercultural projects
- Taking care of children
- Dealing withcommunicationandpublic relations
If you are between 18 and 30 years old, you live in Italy and would like to live a unique experience of personal growth, getting in touch with new cultures, meet people from different countries and get to know the mysterious world of the circus; this is the project for you!
