CESIE starts the recruitment for “More: Many Opportunities Real Equality”, an EVS project addressed to Italian youth (from 18 to 30 years old) that are studying or have already finished it.
When?
6 months, from the 1st April to the 30th September 2015.
Where and which activities?
For the first round (the second one will be in 2016) 6 youths will be involved, one per country, with different tasks according to the hosting organization:
- KID PiNA, Koper (Slovenia) → activities in the multimedia field (photographing and video shooting of different events and projects; graphic design etc.); project management (assisting in writing and implementation of youth exchange or other European projects; assisting in organization of local events within Europe Direct activities).
- ProAtlântico, Lisbon (Portugal) → administrative support in the hosting organization’s office (communication activities, logistic support during cultural activities, training courses, youth exchanges, work camps etc.); promotion of Erasmus+ Programme in schools, universities, youth clubs; support and assistance in a daily center with disabled people (organization of workshops, therapeutic and leisure time activities).
- EDRA, Athens (Greece) → support in the work with disabled people (organization of sport events, bazaars and festival; environmental educational programme for children).
- Pistes Solidaires, Pau (France) → elaboration, promotion, implementation and evaluation of different activities aiming to promote Europe within Europe Direct activities (in primary schools, secondary schools and other possible places).
- Carpe Diem, Doboj (Bosnia Herzegovina) → assistance in the library and museum of ethno arts and bio construction (book renting and cultural events organizing); visibility activity (updating organization’s web site, production of posters); work in local radio (preparation of radio shows about youth).
- GEB, Berlin (Germany) → support for organization of intercultural activities for incoming participants, seminars for outgoing participants, meetings with local youth organizations, updating social media, administrative support.
The volunteer, supported by a mentor, will be involved in EVS activities for 6/7 hours per day, from Monday till Friday; weekends will be free. Every month he/she will have 2 free days. A local language course will be provided.
Costs
The hosting organization will cover food, accommodation and local transport expenses; moreover every month the volunteer will receive a pocket money for additional personal expenses. The travel costs (from/to Italy) will be covered up to 275 euro (the VISA costs for Bosnia are covered). The project provides also an AXA insurance.
