Encouraging active citizenship through Media: TC in CyprusHave you ever thought that youth workers can use media as a tool to support active citizenship for young people?

We live in a digital era in which it would be interesting to develop creative methods to apply community media tools during the everyday  youth work to promote and help the youth participation and to communicate their projects and raising community awareness.

CESIE is looking for 3 participants who will have the opportunity to take part into a training course called Community Media for Activate Citizenship. The training course will take place from 7 to 15 September 2015 in Nicosia (Cyprus) with young people coming from Cyprus, Spain, Malta, UK, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ukraine.

Fees:

  • Travel costs are covered up to a maximum of 275 euros
  • Food and accommodation are covered 100%
  • 60 € Participation fee
