Resources and practices to contrast early school leaving and school dropout
The intersectional approach is an analytical tool that recognizes that systemic inequalities are configured by the overlapping of different factors such as gender, origin and socio-economic background.
Adopting an intersectional perspective in education means including the views of all members of the school community, responding to their experiences and needs, and creating a more inclusive learning environment.
Would you like to learn more about intersectionality in the educational practice?
