What happens when dance and movement meet photography? Have you ever thought about how dance can be a powerful tool for inclusion and unity? Dance knows no barriers, it allows people to express themselves, communicate emotions and feel part of a group.
CREATE celebrates dance as a universal language, capable of uniting people of all ages and backgrounds. This initiative valorises culture as an engine of social cohesion, active citizenship and well-being, offering artistsɜ and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds equal opportunities to express themselves, learn and grow.
CREATE promotes innovation in the cultural and creative sector by designing social interventions based on artistic creation. With a focus on the pathways of young people with disabilities, migrant or ethnic minority backgrounds, the project fosters dialogue, empowerment and skills development through local experimentation laboratories, collaborative workshops and programmes involving artistsɜ and professionalsɜ in different countries.
At its core is the photo exhibition “In-movimento. Danza, inclusione e unità”, promoted by Art&Act.
Join us for a visual journey that explores the power of dance to overcome barriers and create emotional and social connections. The exhibition – which celebrates movement and artistic expression as tools for integrating diversity into collective harmony – offers the opportunity for an immersive experience that highlights how each movement can create a sense of belonging and collaboration.
It is further enriched by the international conference that will bring together cultural artistɜ and operatorɜ who will promote best practices and CREATE experiences through workshops and artistic performances.
