Is it possible to orient students and young people through methods, principles and techniques of Positive Psychology?
The Final Conference and meeting the “SUCCESS – Strategies to Utilize and Cultivate Positive Characteristics & Employability Skills in Schools” project took place in Vilnius (Lithuania) from 10th to 11th June 2019.
The project’s aim is to provide school counsellors with knowledge about and strategies of Positive Psychology so that they can use these principles in their teaching environments at both a national and a European level.
During the Final Conference, held in the Department of Psychology of the University of Vilnius, the partners presented activities and results of the 2-years project. 50 school/career counsellors and other professionals of the sector have actively attended the Conference testing, together with the partners, some of the activities developed within the SUCCESS Training Package.
During the final transnational meeting, hosted by the Vilnius University, the partners focused on presenting and discussing the results of the Final Conference and the last steps of the project.
Starting from August 2019, the SUCCESS Training Package and the online training platform will be available on the project website eusuccess.eu in all the national languages (English, Lithuanian, Greek and Italian).

The project aims to educate school counselors/caregivers to transfer new knowledge and skills into educational environments at the national and European levels by applying the principles, methods and techniques of positive psychology.
