The tourism sector is constantly evolving and requires highly skilled professionals capable of combining innovation, sustainability, and management expertise. How can one develop these skills and stand out in an increasingly competitive market?
Recently, HyPro4ST, designed to provide innovative training tools for those looking to deepen their knowledge of project management applied to responsible tourism, participated in the Palermo Tourism Fair—an event dedicated to career orientation and the discovery of new training opportunities in the Palermo area.
The event was organized through a joint collaboration involving, among others, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, the Sicilian Region, the Municipality of Palermo, and the company Sviluppo Lavoro Italia.

The fair took place at the Eco Museum of the Sea in Palermo, gathering dozens of participants, including a large audience of young workers and recent graduates preparing to enter the job market. In this context, HyPro4ST was introduced, along with its unique offer for anyone interested in project management and responsible tourism through the VOOC course.
The platform, officially launched in Italian in January 2025, is nearing the completion of its testing phase but still has much to offer for both tourism professionals and aspiring experts! Additionally, those who complete all six learning units on the platform by the end of March will qualify for selection as potential participants in the HyPro4ST International Study Visit. This event, hosted by CESIE ETS on May 15, 2025, will be a unique opportunity to gain firsthand insight into a center of excellence in Palermo that actively promotes responsible tourism every day.
Are you interested in becoming a tourism professional of the future? Do you want to enhance your skills for free from the comfort of your home? Would you like to join the project’s International Study Visit alongside other international partners?
Register now on the HyPro4ST VOOC platform and start completing the learning units! Registration is free, and you can manage your studies in the way that best suits you.
