Europe’s ecological transition is reshaping professional profiles, business models and training needs. Supporting companies and organisations through this shift requires new skills: reading environmental regulations, managing sustainability processes, building credible environmental, social and governance strategies. It is within this landscape that GREENLAB takes shape.

GREENLAB strengthens professional skills in environmental sustainability and green consultancy, with an approach centred on European micro-credentials and on direct collaboration between vocational training providers and employers. This work has produced a free online training course, designed for those already working — or planning to work — in sustainability: professionals, managers, consultants, vocational training providers and stakeholders interested in environmental innovation. The course follows the European micro-credentials approach — short, flexible modules focused on learning outcomes that can be applied immediately at work — and registrations are now officially open.

The content addresses the key themes of the green transition:

  • leadership and change management for sustainability;
  • strategic communication and stakeholder engagement;
  • ESG (environmental, social and governance criteria) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs);
  • circular economy, energy efficiency and waste management;
  • corporate social responsibility;
  • digital tools for environmental monitoring;
  • European and national environmental regulations;
  • lifelong learning and European opportunities for the green transition.

This training phase is also a moment of assessment: feedback gathered from participants will help evaluate the effectiveness of the content and further improve the platform.

To register, complete the initial questionnaire and sign up to the GREENLAB platform. For further information: emiliano.mungiovino@cesie.org · antonio.dolcemascolo@cesie.org.
