In recent years, the digital marketing sector has become increasingly active, given the growing interest of companies in the use of the Internet as an immediate and effective tool to reach their customers. To allow young people to approach the world of digital marketing and therefore encourage new job opportunities in this sector, CESIE, through the Erasmus + EUYOUTH4HEALTH project, has started a working collaboration between motivated young people and Italian companies in the health sector.
The collaboration between aspiring digital marketers and small and medium-sized enterprises, aimed at developing ad hoc digital marketing strategies, has been successful.
Lasting about four weeks, the internship saw the involvement of 8 ambitious young people who were thus able to work as a team and carry out various activities for companies, such as market and competitors’ analysis, social media and website analysis, development of the company logo, creation of a YouTube channel, scheduling of new posts for social media, etc.
Amy, an aspiring digital marketer at the end of the internship stated: “I never thought I would be involved in a project related to digital marketing analysis. It has been a brilliant learning curve and brilliant to work with my team mate Marco Scalzo.”
For about a month, the aspiring digital marketers have tested their skills and abilities in terms of communication and digital marketing, laying the foundations for their future career in this increasingly emerging sector.
