In an informal learning setting, the young early school leavers will share their life stories: knowing their biographies we could understand what led to dropping out of the school system and the consequences arising from this decision.

On 8th and 9th November the third meeting of Tell Your Story was hosted by our partner Rinova Limited in London, UK.  It has been the occasion for the partners to review and discuss on the modules that has been implemented during the blended seminar in Palermo in last September 2017.

Based on feedback from participants and trainers, the new modules will be tested during the piloting phase with early school leavers, that will be implemented until February 2018 in all partners country. Then, storymaps created by the participants through ArcGIS platform will be shared on an online exhibition.

In 2018, the publication on Preventing early drop-out through digital stories and maps will be available. It will content highlights from the piloting phase that will take place in each partners’ country and guidelines for teachers, educators, youth workers on how to organise similar activities with the target group.

The next partners meeting will be hosted by RIS Dvorec Rakican (Slovenia) in June 2018.

Would you like to join a training on storytelling and digital storymapping?

You will have the opportunity to share your Story digital maps with other guys from Austria, United Kingdom, France, Slovenia and Italy.
