The activities of STEP BY STEP project, whose aim is to support the citizens of the EU involved cities to undertake simple actions of energy-saving and responsible consumption, are underway since October 2015.
Almost 4.000 households from Cefalù (Italy), L’Alcudia (Spain), Ghent (Belgium) and Warsaw (Poland) are benefitting from the service of eco-citizenship offered by the project (the number of registered users is higher than 10.000 if we consider all the cities where the service – based on the platform gd6d.eu – is implemented, not included in the project STEP BY STEP).
Extremely positive are the results reached till today and detailed information is contained in the first activity report available here.
The report is structured in the following sections:
- introduction about the project and methodology used
- the administration of the questionnaires and the services linked to the accompaniment phase
- the results achieved (till February 2016), and specifically
- the number of participating people
- characteristics of registered households
- data about the phone and e-mail accompaniment
- actions that registered people already perform
- actions that registered people decided to perform
The report will be updated every six months.
Shortly, on the project’s website will be also published some interviews made to citizens that adhered to the project.
