To ensure quality of programme administration in delivering Master courses in Armenian and Georgian partner Higher Education Institutions an additional training for Faculty members has been offered to partner universities, to focus and exchange on:

- Learner autonomy – how to achieve it?:
- VARK model (Visual, Aural, Reading, and Kinesthetic)

- Team Based Learning
- Measuring student achievement of learning outcomes / qualifications and measuring the alignment of the learning outcomes with the national qualifications framework.
The three-day training sessions hosted by the University of Koblenz-Landau (25th to 27th February 2015) on contemporary methods of teaching within the frame of the Tempus project MAHATMA – Master in Higher Education Management: Developing Leaders for Managing Educational Transformation proved to be productive, as through interactive sessions the project participants shared the best practices pursued at individual institutions to support the improvement of academic processes.
