PC IMPRESS – Promotion and Capitalization of International Mobility Project to Reinforce Employability and Sociability System started off with the Kick-off meeting in Roubaix (France) from the 17th to the 18th of November 2014. The project, co-funded by the Erasmus + Programme (Key Action 2 – Strategic Partnerships in the field of Education, Training and Youth), aims at promoting and capitalizing those formal and non-formal knowledge coming from mobility as a way to strengthened people’s employability.
International mobility projects is now considered all over Europe as a new non formal education opportunity for people to gain new personal and professional skills. Various programmes of international mobility are now existing which is a proof of the importance of these opportunities nowadays, and, so, a need of tools and methods to help people to capitalize such international experience after their return. PC IMPRESS wants to answers to these needs by making, testing and disseminating new tools a local and European level during three-year activities.

Who’s our target group?
- Workers and organisations working in the non-formal and formal education and mobility field;
- People with fewer opportunities.
Which are goals?
- To create innovative and concrete tools for participants of international mobility project and non-formal education workers;
- To Develop partnerships in the field of education and employment;
- To facilitate the validation of non-formal and non-formal learning and its permeability with formal education pathways;
- To galvanize and facilitate the participation of associations to European actions and program.
Activities:
- 6 transnational meetings in each partner country;
- Preparation, testing, finalisation and dissemination of 6 outputs of capitalization of competences acquired by young people during the mobility experience, realized at local and transnational level;
- 1 final local dissemination event in each partner country.

- List of existing tools and methods for Capitalization and Promotion of International Mobility Projects;
- Skills Portfolio;
- Innovative IT capitalization tool of the needs and attempts of labour market;
- Framework for capitalization and promotion interviews with people with fewer opportunities after their mobility;
- Online platform for capitalization and promotion of International mobility project;
- Practical Guide for capitalization and promotion for non-formal education workers.
