1. Launch of new calls for proposals BIO-ASIA and ICT-ASIA to fund research projects involving France, India and a partner ASEAN country (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam).
