IN2SAI is an Erasmus multilateral project (Lifelong Learning Programme) with duration of 24 months – from October 2013 to September 2015. The project involves 4 Universities from Spain, Italy, Netherlands and Germany and 3 NGOs from Italy, Portugal and Austria who will work alongside on the increase of participation and interest of female students into the Aeronautic Industry, covering different areas of intervention, starting from general community, educational system to labour market and the companies working in aeronautic sphere.
On 2-3 April 2014, the partners have gathered together for the 2nd coordination meeting hosted by the University of Bologna. The partners have reported the activities already implemented, challenges that had appear and had presented a plan of activities for the next 6 months.
The next steps for CESIE will be collection of the questionnaires among 4 target groups: secondary school students, University students, University professors and Human Resource managers in aeronautical industry.
