Gender issues are still a crucial topic, even if many goals have been reached on the field of the human rights. The Training Course “Equality is given! Training in gender education”– which will take place in Pogradec, Albania from the 22nd to 28th of February 2013 – wants to train youth workers, youth leaders and activists in order to improve the gender equalities in any context and to make them become agents of inclusion who will act to ensure the participation of women and men with fewer opportunities.
Through non formal activities and innovative methodologies, this Training Course provides a space to share information, points of view and resources, highlighting the role of youngsters and educational activities about the gender issues and their impact in the youth work.
