Care is everywhere, and yet it remains invisible. Those who care for others often do so in silence, with limited resources and little recognition. And women continue to bear the greatest burden. It is time to change perspective.
Free training course
As part of the European project EQUAL-CARE, in collaboration with Disability Pride, we are offering a free training open to all on gender, care and work.
Together, we will explore:
- The value of care and its sociocultural dimensions
- Gender dynamics in care work
- Workplace bias: how to recognise and address it
- Strategies for a better work-life balance
The training takes place over 2 days: 22 and 23 June, 16:00–19:00, at the EPYC – European Palermo Youth Center, Via Pignatelli Aragona 42, Palermo
Participation is free, upon registration.
